I don’t get nervous very often.

But November 22nd, 2024 was a special day. 

The final session with the founders in our inaugural B2B Sales Accelerator. 

I took a few deep breaths, turned my camera on, and Andrew + I spent the session answering questions and reflecting with members on their wins during the program.

Why would I be nervous?

Well, we spent 6 weeks teaching these folks and getting to know them on a deep, personal level. 

They became an extension of the Gateway X family.

And I wanted to make sure every single one of them felt like this Accelerator kicked ass. 

Being great would’ve been a letdown - this needed to be business-altering for members. 

As we closed out our final call and said our goodbyes Andrew asked everyone to share the impact the Accelerator has on them in our Slack chat. 

I was blown away + so extremely thankful for all of the love shared from our community. 

Believe it or not, I still have shitty days.

And when I do, find myself going back to these messages as a reminder that we’re on the right path. 

And so, reflecting on the Accelerator, I’m changing my approach to business in 2025. 

Since 2020, I launched a new business every year. 

But there will be no new business this year. 

Instead, I'm focusing on being the best coach that I can be to the CEOs of my existing >$25M ARR portfolio of companies in Gateway X.

And helping you scale yours. 

Because nothing gives me more energy than teaching founders.
